You can provisionally book by using the Contact Us form, email us at email@example.com or call our office for further information. To check availability use the calendar on the Availability page. To confirm a booking you will need to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of £250.00 or full payment if it’s a late booking to secure your chosen dates. The full balance will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before collection. Once the deposit (or full payment) is made, we then begin arranging your hire package and insurance. Unfortunately we can't begin this process until a deposit has been received. For insurance security you will be asked to pay a refundable security deposit of £1000 to £1500 five days prior to collection. This acts as an insurance excess during your hire, and will be refunded provided that the vehicle is returned clean and undamaged as described in our terms and conditions. In the event of an insurance claim the cost of the damage or claim will be deducted from your deposit.
The minimum hire period is 3 nights apart from school holidays and June to September when it is a minimum of 7 nights. Shorter breaks may be available at last minute. There is a minimum hire period of 14 nights for travel to the EU (no EU hire in 2022)

Don't worry, accidents happen, just let us know what damage has occurred as soon as possible. This means that we can arrange any parts or work necessary so, hopefully, the next hirers aren't affected. If you have been involved in a road traffic accident do not accept any liability for any accident and take lots of pictures of the vehicles involved, people present and the general area. Once everyone and the vehicle is safe, remove the SD card from the dashcam as this will help to explain how the accident occurred and may prove the other drivers are at fault. Failure to provide West Lakes Motorhome Hire with this SD card will render you totally liable for all costs associated with the accident or incident. Once everyone is safe, please complete the accident form provided in the customer guide in the vehicle.
